THL Studio is a well designed, intimate event space located in Fort Washington, Maryland, minutes from the National Harbor and I-495.
Our 800 sq. ft. studio offers amenities such as a 65" smart TV, Bluetooth surround sound speakers, 6 ft. rectangular tables, chiavari chairs, chandeliers, a full kitchenette, and a separate room that would be ideal for food setup or photo backdrop area that can be outside of your party area.

An additional lock-in/ security fee of $150 is required to lock-in your date. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancelation.
